Welcome to VoiceNoty. These Terms of Service are a binding contract between you ("User") and VoiceNoty ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the VoiceNoty Chrome extension or accessing our web-based dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
You retain full ownership of any original content you upload, record, store, or share through VoiceNoty, including voice notes. Your content remains private unless explicitly shared via a public or private URL.
We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable laws, at our sole discretion.
You agree to use VoiceNoty only for lawful and intended purposes. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:
VoiceNoty offers both free and paid subscription plans via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
If you're unsatisfied with the paid plan, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Just email us at hello@db2.io within 30 days of your purchase.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or compromise the integrity or security of our platform.

By using VoiceNoty, you also agree to the terms and policies of these providers.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or in-app notification.
